This program puts a scale to measure the size of objects in your screen. It offers different scales: twips, pixels, inches, centimeter, character and points. You can drag the scale over the screen in vertical or horizontal position. 

Installation

Unzip the files in the same directory. The scale.exe executes the program. The tray_scale.exe puts an icon in the system tray to open the main program.

ATTENTION: Do not change the name of the programs. 

To uninstall just erase the files.

Needs the runtime Visual Basic 4.0 library vb40032.dll (381 K - shall be saved in you win/system directory)

Este programa põe uma regua no seu monitor para medir objetos que aparecem na tela. Oferece diferentes escalas:  twips, pixels, polegadas, centimetros, character e points. Voce pode arrastar a regua sobre a tela, em posição vertical ou horizontal.
 

Instalação

Descompacte os arquivos no mesmo diretorio. O scale.exe executa o programa. O tray_scale.exe pões um icon na barra de tarefas para abrir o programa principal.

ATENÇÃO: Não mude o nome dos programas

Para desinstalar basta apagar os arquivos
 
 

Necessita a biblioteca runtime Visual Basic 4.0 l vb40032.dll (381 K - deve ser gravada no diretorio win/system )
